Sleipnir, Odin's Eight Legged Steed

This colorful version of Odin's steed was created with layers of vibrant cardstock. It features hand cut paper art made from hand drawn templates. I drew the outline on black cardstock and cut it out with a craft knife. The body of the steed has layers of beautiful colored, hand cut cardstock. The mane and tail feature silver cardstock behind the black and dark blue outlines.  The 5x7 inch art piece was then mounted in a 8x10 inch mat frame.
